  • Start by scheduling your pickup and delivery windows online. On pickup day, leave your laundry out or hand it off in person. We pick it up, wash, dry, and fold it, then return it to your door during your selected delivery window.

  • Our minimum order is $40.

  • Washero is $2 per pound with a $40 minimum order. Pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery are included. Most standard household orders fall above the minimum.

  • Most standard orders are returned by next day. Timing may vary depending on your selected windows and order details.

  • No. You do not need to weigh your laundry before scheduling. Book your pickup, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • Each order includes: Pick Up, Wash, Dry, Fold, and Delivery.

  • Standard orders are washed using our regular detergent unless special instructions are provided. If you have preferences or sensitivities, include them when booking.

  • Yes. You can leave your laundry out for pickup and delivery, or choose to hand it off in person if that is better for you.

  • Yes. You can add special instructions when booking so we know about any important preferences for your order.
